Our motive is to provide a platform for growth and sustainability to the underprivileged stratam of society by facilitating them through financial inclusion in order to augment their earning and to have a secure livelihood thereby redefining their purpose of existence.

VFL , an up and coming Loans NBFC – ND (Non Banking Finance Company – Non-Deposit Taking) Company,was incorporated on 25 June 1996 and was acquired by the current management in Auguist 2008,for the purpose of “Bringing the Marginalized into the Mainstream- A New Begining” and offering people an opportunity by developing programs that aim to help the underprivileged people to meet lifecycle needs.We are currently working towards broader financial inclusion by providing individual loans,repayments being collected through a group mechanism.The group sizes vary from 5-40,our model is an hybrid of the Grameen Bank and the world famous ASA model,both of which are leading institutions of Bangladesh.We are primarily focused on serving the underprivileged in the urban centers of North India,where there is some penetration of microfinance.We presently give small business loans to men and women and have products for meeting lifecycle needs of the family.We believe in working with integrity-the expression in practice of our core values of honesty,transparency,respect and fairness to everyone we interact with,including our clients,employees,investors,funders,and the society at large.
